About Us
Gina
Gina Delgado, CEO of Delgado & Gouge Accounting, was born in El Salvador. After high school, her family moved to California. For the past 25 years, she has worked in various industries, such as real estate development, manufacturing, and insurance. Gina moved up the corporate ladder into upper level accounting positions. As she found Accounting to be her chosen field, she decided to go to school to earn the degrees needed to keep moving forward. She attended Solano Community College in Fairfield, Ca for two years, then transferred to online learning at the University of Phoenix where she earned her BS in Accounting in 2003, and a specialized MBA in Accounting in 2007.
  In 2005, Gina decided that she needed a change of pace and moved across the country to Chattanooga, Tennessee. Because most of her studies had been online, she had the opportunity to meet people from around the globe, and she formed Delgado & Gouge Accounting LLC with former classmate, Janie Gouge. Gina is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor and a current CPA candidate. Gina offers all accounting services in both English and Espanol (Spanish). Janie
Janie Gouge, President of Delgado & Gouge Accounting was born in Tennessee, and has lived in the South all her life. She attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she earned a Bachelor of Music degree in 1981. Janie has been teaching private piano and voice lessons for the past 25 years. For the past 15 years, she has also held accounting positions in construction, restaurants, manufacturing, and medical services, to name a few. She realized that further advancement in the field of accounting required a degree, but traditional campus life did not offer classes that fit into her busy schedule. Janie went to the University of Phoenix online and earned a specialized MBA in Accounting in 2007.
  In 2005, Janie formed Delgado & Gouge Accounting LLC with former classmate, Gina Delgado. Janie serves on the Board of Directors of two non-profit organizations as Treasurer.
